I think Tenant Cloud is brand new, they just popped up on these boards and online it feels like a few months ago, and they are an ad driven product by the looks of it.Either way, $15 or $9, either is a spectacular deal for the time it will save you.

The appreciation on them has been spectacular and don't have HOA or condo assn involved.

The house wasn't anything spectacular, maybe worth $85k on its own lot and could get $850/mo in rent.

Used but they looked spectacular after painting.

We can only guess where the market will be this time next year, but if I acquire roughly the same amount of property each year, the ups and downs will smooth out, the great deals in a down market will help carry the less spectacular deals in an up market and if i'm cash flowing on all properties at purchase I shouldn't have too many issues since rents don't fluctuate nearly as much as home values.This is the one area where I get a little "paralysis by analysis" wondering if we are in an up or down market today (my newbie opinion is we are somewhere in the middle).  

We also have spectacular liability insurance in the event someone wants to sue us but we also require tenants to have their own with us on the policy so we know it's coming due.

For that kind of money, you should be able to find a place for STR and gross around $5k if that's the route you wanted to go, so I don't think they are doing anything spectacular. 

I have been looking at sites like zillow, trulia, realtor but have not seen anything spectacular.
