My main purpose, in regards to Bigger Pockets, is to soak in as much useful information as I can, and then apply it towards my first purchase.Well, thank you for your time, everybody, and for those involved, thank you for providing a venue for people such as myself to further themselves and perhaps begin to develop a future in real estate.

Learn the terms that people use often, listen to mistakes people have made and soak up as much of this great knowledge as you can.Save your money as you start to get jobs and remember, you don't need the latest and greatest of everything just to impress your peers.
