These hotels are almost all ideally located right on the strip, and loaded with amenities like room service, restaurants, bars, and casinos. 

Budding new investor which is great since I'm also working for a real estate lender for both commercial & investor with construction services. 

For example, when most of my development clients started building their portfolios, they picked up properties in areas where at least 1 of 3 things was almost always present: 1) They currently or have previously lived in the area, 2) they have family or friends that attend religious services in the area, or 3) they regularly visit family or friends that live in the area.

She has been sending complaints to the city and to the HOA board.Of course these complaints do absolutely nothing because we are within our rights and following a contract.She was complaining that we did not have the right to fix our own property since we are not licensed.She thinks she owns the place and we are merely room service. 

Their role is purely administrative, so if you file incorrectly or choose the wrong entity type, you’re on your own.3.Hiring a Lawyer or CPA (White-Glove Service):This is the most comprehensive option, with costs ranging from $1,000 to $3,000.

As you move up the scale to higher prices, you get more benefits/services.  

Since Camby / the Tri-County Conservancy District won't allow the utility service the tenant receives to be in the tenants name, and since it is a flat fee, I'd ask if the tenant if they'd like to add it to the rent or if they'd like me to send them a copy and they pay me separately.

I wish they would work on those before jumping into their own services that you can add on. 

It seems like a good strategy but would appreciate any advice and if anyone worked with banks/lenders that provide a service like that.Thank you in advance! 

We used ALE relocation services and they were great, you can register on their site when you have a vacancy and they will let you know if they need you but it is somewhat based on luck if they need you.
