Even if you plan on doing the lawn care/snow shoveling yourself Definitely factor that in to purchase price for the future since you will get tired of shoveling snow, I know I did very quickly.

Some here are trying to write it all off as irrational "hate", but they might also be selling services to wholesalers, or are one themselves, so they have a vested interest in convincing you its a valid business model. Also a lot of these "haters" have been in the game a long time, longer than the shovel-sellers and other wholesalers, so there's probably actual valid reasons for their opinions..

Curious to know if a time or depth requirement is used (e.g. plow parking lots and shovel walkways and stairs every 3 inches or every 2 hours etc.).

Do I need to shovel the "sidewalks" from the parking lot to the individual unit or could I incorporate that into the lease as responsible by the tenants?

We are scheduled for concrete pour tomorrow but I am not sure if I should cancel it for reason below:1) temperature is dropping soon if I delay and concrete might not set right.2) my wife is giving birth sometime next week which results in further delay and I just wanted to get this project done with.3) winter is coming and if I don’t finish the walkway, hard for tenant to shovel, ice forms and it’s dangerous. What do you think I should do, delay or move forward with the concrete pour?
