For those that own/manage property in a snowy region what are is your policy for snow plowing?

Curious to know if a time or depth requirement is used (e.g. plow parking lots and shovel walkways and stairs every 3 inches or every 2 hours etc.).

Single family homes are maintained by the tenant and they must abide by City ordinance just like a homeowner would.

For multi-family properties, I hire someone to handle snow removal and landscaping.
