Does that seasoning period apply if I cash out refi into a DSCR loan?

There is also a much larger inventory of rentals for a prospective resident to look at, a few years back we were in the 3ks for vacants and this year bumping up near 5k during the peak season (in my opinion probably due to the low entry price point for investors compared to the rest of the country as well as low interest rates on loans for folks moving out of their homes).

If it has great LTR capabilities, I'll have a larger loan if it's strictly a seasonal/market related STR it's no leverage on it.The money is where the work is needed.

STRs depend on seasonal demand and can have more frequent vacancies, while LTRs provide steady, predictable cash flow with longer leases.

But use BRRRR and legal entities in such a way that you don't want to wait for the seasoning period, and you can BRRRR every month.

the biggest indication of a investor failing in real estate is not having enough reserves to get through the rainy seasons of the investment where as people who can get through over a long period of time do extremely well.

Less seasoning, no cap on how many mortgages you can hold at one time.
