This is for the Real Estate Agents/Brokers.I'm trying to develop strategic alliances with the agents and brokers in my area but am not sure how to structure it so that it achieves maximum benefit for the agent and actually incentivizes them to want to work with me.So I'm asking what you would need in this scenario to make it worth it.I would like to set something up that would have agents send me homes on/off the market for a Sandwich Lease Option deal, where I would buy it "Rent-to-Own" and then re-sell it "Rent-to-Own".Upfront, this doesn't make sense for an agent to do because they wouldn't get paid until the property actually closed, which could be months, even years from now.

Can't act as an agent or PM for another, period.The cleanest way I see is to straight assign an option (LOA] or sandwich sublease the lease part (SLO).
