There are still deals to be found, but they require much much more digging to find.I would not say that there is any sort of strong rebound, but it does appear that the worst of times, so to speak, are behind us.

Rather than temporarily lose money,you can "pay yourself" interest back, once the project is done and sold (or refinanced) you can put it back in and hopefully the market has rebounded
