There's absolutely no comparison to the value proposition.

If I were you, I would pick one of those and focus on that while continuing to network and work on your UW skills.Try to find a syndicator or team that you click with and once you have your value proposition set and ready to go, bring it to them and make it happen!

This might come off a generic or too broad, but I'd love to see something that shows your value proposition for an existing home.
