Hoping I can get advice on how to eliminate strong smoke odors in a bathroom.

The deposit keeps tenants mindful of minimizing damages and the monthly fee covers wear and odor mitigation.

If the smell has saturated the drywall it would be best to just pull it out and replace it rather than try and remove the odor.

You get the property back and discover The carpet is completely trashed, there's a broken window, the stove is non-functional, holes and walls, and a terrible cat urine odor.

You do not want (presumably) a side hustle breeding operation; you also do want to ensure the animals are properly cared for and that their spaces are kept clean and sanitary, with no offensive odors emanating from the house or property.

Odor mitigation is also an issue and is quite the art to do effectively.If you do move forward on the property, I highly recommend finding a fire restoration company/contractor to walk the property with you and give you a good understanding as to what needs to be done.I'd be happy to help in any way I can--look at pictures, answer questions, etc.
