In addition to reading every single post on this site,do as I do and go to Barnes and Noble, pick a book off the shelf,find a chair, read the whole d**n thing, and thencarefully put it back on the shelf.

rental properties w/ gov't-subsidized interest rates is historically unheard of and unprecedented (unless you look back at Feudal Europe and you are of noble blood and trying to build a castle and you helped the King win his last war against France or whatever). 

Also, if you look up a book on Barnes & Noble they have a section that shows you what other books on that subject customers are buying.Networking with people is great, which is why I frequent BP.

I went to Barnes and Noble and bought it that same day.Immediately since starting reading that book I went into reflection mode.

Jet Lending hosts a big meet-up at the Texans Grille in City Centre the third Wednesday of each month and there's another one hosted by Noble Mortgage and others that usually falls on the second Wednesday of each month.

Here is a book recommendation it is on audible or you can probably get it at barnes and noble.
