rental properties w/ gov't-subsidized interest rates is historically unheard of and unprecedented (unless you look back at Feudal Europe and you are of noble blood and trying to build a castle and you helped the King win his last war against France or whatever).

Also, if you look up a book on Barnes & Noble they have a section that shows you what other books on that subject customers are buying.Networking with people is great, which is why I frequent BP.

Thanks for the reminder.I went to Barnes and Nobles yesterday and tried to find J Scott flip book, they didn't have any in stock so I got Millionaire Real Estate Investor and Investing in Duplexes, Triplexes and Quads: The fastest and Safest Way to Real Estate Wealth.
