I am torn on what kind of review to leave.Here is what was wrong:Rotten trim on the front porchPorch deck board with a lot of play indicating support beam underneath needed to be repaired.The ac filter did nothing as there was a door with louvers on back side of air handler intake where bulk of air was being pulled fromMattress needs to be replaced.All rooms with tile floor (3 rooms) had cracks in some of the tile.Lights burned out in bottom of microwave that shines on stoveTV was good sized and had cable, but was not a smart TV and this was the only TV in the house.No gutters on house, buth tin overhangs over window.

I'd consider things like "tupperware containers set (microwaveable/dish wash safe/etc) to help with folks who meal prep and bring food to their long shifts.

I recommend that as one of the upgrades to consider as a one time cost rather than cleaning and replacing carpet every few years and your cleaners will love you too.You also have to consider these are spec built homes from large National builders like Lennar, Pulte and DR Horton (for the most part), so they don't have high end finishes so you will see things like the grout in the showers deteriorate, exterior paint put on thin, screen doors with broken handles, microwave door handles broken and fairly minor things like that.

Now, I UPGRADE my duplexes not with swimming pools mind you, but with microwaves over the stove, granite countertops, replace small and out-dated baseboards, replace carpet with luxury vinyl floors, upgrade to LED light fixtures, up-date faucets, new-used appliances, six panel interior doors and contrast paint (white ceiling, Light beige or grey walls and all trim white).

If the right answer is to get rid of the range, should I assume they’re that deep into other appliances (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator) and dispose of them as well?
