I think at the time we started the meetup I had flipped probably 10 properties and I probably only owned my commercial office building where my therapy practice was set up, and a hand full of properties that we were barely learning how to use the lease option strategy.

While a retail drug operation may be required to be in a store front, you might check on personal services, massages, hair dresser, etc. can usually be performed in ones home with few restrictions (usually limited signage and parking and by appointment only!)

From my court house visit about two thirds of all probates with properties involved surviving spouse that get the property by right of survivorship.So would you guys recommend mailing those folks, and should the massage differ from a regular probates?
