Hello,   I believe this program is fairly new, so I don't know if anyone would, but do any MI investors have experience using the "Lead Poisoning Prevention Fund" through an organization Michigan Saves?

I had an estimate done ($7k) because at this point the sprinkler piping is exposed and I'm afraid that could lead to an even greater problem.

You provide a service (offer), you find people who need to buy your service (leads), you need to close them in order to get their business.

Some say they are the same, others will exclusively do one or the other, which would lead me to think they are more different than first imagined. 

Finding a condo complex that is STR-friendly can lead to a better investment.

And whoever makes the payments on the mortgage could stop, resulting in a notice of default, leading to foreclosure…making this a risky situation for the wife to be in.  

We have a lot to be excited about in our market! The gift that keeps on giving! 

That tell you that if you are not getting any leads... to..

HelloIf I get the duplicated house information from two agents and I go for one of them, would it be unethical? Or does this happen so often and they really dont care?
