I've only done a few wholesale deals.The bottom line in all of this is without the guidance of these experienced and successful coaches and the investment of my $15000, I'm basically where I have been for over 4 years; plugging away with meager results and not having a laser focus on the precise things that produce the best results.

Pretty much I stand there with a pole and the other person shots a laser of where the pipe is.

If wholesaling is what you want to do, commit to becoming successful at it and take massive action with laser focus. 

Tattoos, gross piercings, skulky demeanors, unruly kids, smelling of beer at ten in the morning, living with Sis for the last five years, the list goes on.

Many new investors fall into the trap of doing a lot of nothing in order to get ready to actually do something.The key is to get a laser focus on getting a deal under contract.
