After 3-day notice has expired, You have to file the following 3 forms (found online) at the Adams County Justice Center.

So if things go as planned I will stand to cash flow at least $130 per month, which I will put towards variable expenses...the goal was to live for free, anything else is just icing on the cake! 

I submitted a complaint to Consumer Protection Division (CPD) at NC Department of Justice who gave him three-week time to address the situation.

Although I would know deep down it was probably a waste of money and time there is a part of me that likes a good mix of justice and spite as well of the unknown of possibly seeing some money owed.

This is just icing on the cake in the case you want to hold it. 

How do you know it's a miscarriage of justice?
