I mean, an infestation of unwanted house guests is bad enough, but when those bugs also penetrate the innermost sanctum of one's castle, come out at night to do their dirty work, and suck their host's blood for a living, that's just double or triple the creepy factor.

VA Loans also require a pest inspection to make sure there is not an active infestation - I suspect this requirement also swayed agents from wanting to use a VA client - I guess we'll just have our vets and active duty military live in a home with bugs... cool.
