Everyone raves about Michael Hyatt's full focus planner or Grant Cardone's 10 X Planner. 

Unfortunately, this is generally catered more towards folks that don't know, don't care or too focused on a few bucks.

I focused on high-impact renovations that aligned with the expectations of Hamptons buyers.

My strategy would then be to lease at least two of the renovated units, increasing occupancy to 90%, which could improve the chances of securing favorable terms for refinancing.I haven't pitched it to the seller yet.

People fail or drop out from:  Lack of focus.
