We used to highlight the museum two blocks away but most unfortunately it burned and had to be demolished.

Not sure where you are from or what you intend to focus on but pick a neighborhood and instead of sending coupons for businesses, go out and shoot a video with local business owner to highlight them to your sphere.

Both the City of Austin and the MSA on a whole saw decreased days on market, down to 13 days, highlighting that inventory is moving quickly when available.

The good news is that you, as the borrower, would be able to discuss the property, great sales comps, and highlight it's improvements (if any) and put it in the best light as possible to help influence the appraisal.

In my experience, appraisers are open to looking at what you present to them as long as you’re respectful and not wasting their time with comps that are obviously worse.Explain the neighborhood highlights.
