New agent marketing ideas

I am a pretty new agent and would like to send monthly coupons/discounts from local businesses to my sphere or clients.  What do you all use to do this?  I have looked at fromyourfriends.com but they don't really service my area.  I want to send out something of value that people would be interested in, not just an informational post card.
