I have had years to think about this having owned a nice slug of A class IE brand new construction in the best school district in the state. and over 300 C and D class with a sprinkling of B class.from Jackson MS to Detroit and many cities in between and on both coasts... 

This is where a simple, old school paper application/word document will serve you well. 

Especially around RPI (my school).

Next, I look at schools - Huntsville is much better it seems.

My twin brother and I will be graduating with bachelors degrees in finance this December from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.

(expception was Covid when fewer people were at school).LANDLORD FRIENDLY - This to me is more about evictions than "landlord friendly". 

In a good area, good schools , shopping , everything!

There're a lot of schools of thought on this.

The area in Hazel Green/Meridianville is close enough to all of the major employers in the county and the schools rate pretty good too.
