I have googled alot of information but it is hard to wrap my head around this specific subject. - how can i get a rough estimate on how much the properties will offset?

The tenant toured my place, said is employed (+i googled) , came across to me as very polished  and came to tour the unit with her mom.

A quick google search says they may or may not but would have to provide extra paper to find out.
