Anyone used Capwell Funding in the past?

Hi all!

I'm Morgan, totally new here. I'm in the Charlotte, NC area and I have 1 rental property looking to build a portfolio. I don't know where to start lol. Has anyone heard of or used Capwell Funding for DSCR investing/rental rehab? The "gurus" on Tik Tok are sucking me in. Any advice will help!
