Not to brown nose, but I need to give credit where it's due!

I always give them a month or two if they are nice.. and are keeping the house in decent shape.. if you get hard nosed you can end up with a trashed house pretty quickly.. cement down the pipes etc.Now some others do it different .. they just start eviction process with no personal contact.. if its a tenant the eviction flush's that out and then the owner is evicted.. and you deal with what you have..

I make paper airplanes out of Loan Applications, staple my business card to the nose, and run around throwing them at people as they exit elevators. 

I've got a good scam nose, too.

But if the OP made $2M by being willing to take on the stabbing/shooting building, doesn't it make you wonder what else is out there.....right under our noses?  

Prior to establishing my company Buy Vegas Homes Daily, I buried my nose in books such as, "The Book on Rental Property Investing," "The Book on Managing Rental Properties," "Never Split the Difference," and "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor," just to name a handful.  

I can see why the hard-nosed commenters in this thread take the approach that they do as well.

If the block isn't deep enough, it's more susceptible to frost and fracturing.  

I can then work my tail off over the next maybe five years and plow money into paying down this extra debt in that time, and things will be more normal-- and I'll be a bit wiser to boot.Are you tryin to cut your nose off despite your face?  

We are trying to nose dive into real estate and make this a success.
