A question for agents with listings and sellers who are selling right now.

I certainly don’t agree with the lack of professionalism (in no other industry would it be consider acceptable to not return a phone call), but with the market the way it is, we have to give more allowances than usual for agents because it’s not normal to have this volume of inquiries.

I am expanding my circle and I am looking for agents that will respond in a timely manner, and understand the properties an investor would be interested in.

CAR forms are for agents, and honestly becoming an agent isn't hard or expensive, it is probably cheaper to get licensed and use the CAR forms than it would be to have someone look over a separate contract for you.

You can then control for age, location and size.It's usually more consistent.

As for agents, Grant Cieslak with Equity is a savvy and humble guy that could be a great asset.
