When you say self adhesive planks, are you referring the products with adhesive side strips that creates a floating floor?

I have been floating master options and have very little success with them.

Floating floor fits together like puzzle.

Problems: Mold remediation took 2 weeks longer than expected, bulkhead needed 3k of repairs that were not accounted for, someone stole our metal gangway that connected floating dock with main deck, electricity via temporary pole in the yard because city of jacksonville inspectors would not go into the house with mold inside it. 

When it became apparent that the shale oil and gas fields were likely to happen, several of us went together to use modular - not HUD Code - structures on floating foundations to build a sort of mobile home park.

@Colette Major,As others have mentioned in their replies, the rate appears to have been floating throughout the underwriting process and not locked at the time of submission.

The variable here is of course the borrower (experience, repeat GSE borrower, etc) but in other cases there are also tons of variables- market, property sub type, Dscr and LTV metrics, interest only period, affordability/% AMI , acquisition or refi, loan term, loan size, fixed or floating, etc.

A lot of assets that were refinanced with floating rate debt are in trouble already, recession or not.

You say you can float 0 occupancy but why?
