Hello Everyone:

My name is Marcelo Bermudez and am currently the President of Figueroa Capital Group. I look forward to being a resource in answering questions on commercial real estate finance (debt and equity), asset management, property management, work-outs, international mortgages, and all things CRE.

I have been in the industry for almost 11 years starting out in the design/build construction arena and then transitioning to finance four years ago. I love what I do!

I am currently the President of University of Southern California Marshall School of Business Alumni Association, Los Angeles Chapter and am always happy to connect alums and people who need access to the university and our amazing network.
