It depends on your financial strength, the quality of the property, how many properties you own, etc.I like to start with one significant expense and three months of vacancy.

Its a slippery slope when you start to deviate from the agreement.

This is definitely a good place to start and to network with people in the market you are looking to invest in.  

See the fact that mortgage rates are up about 1% from Oct when the fed started to cut the fed funds overnight rate as evidence. 

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.
