We exist as a business to solve the sellers problems and empower our buyers to take control of their finances. 

That "deal" is structured to serve and honor a women who I felt needed help, outside of any business deal.You, John, do not know me nor what business I conduct.

I read a little of it and threw it away I could not believe anyone fell for that .. but that's me... when your trained by grizzled salesmen and women rich dad is a little meek for me.And here I was bailing them out they had followed those principals and got them selves in a mess of trouble. 

I've empowered my interns to take on a lot of my own projects so they learn from real world experience, and it opens up my schedule3.

So now with about $300 invester, I have a herd of pretty women walking around town with Josh Buys Houses shirts and my phone number. 

Any question that is posed on this forum we will do our best to present them to the salesman & women at the seminar.P.S.I would like to note that I am not against the education side of this business.

(and of course I use "man" in the idiomatic sense here; means mankind - and so also include women <g>)And landlording is that way too.

We co-operate, collaborate, communicate and empower each other in a way that collective efforts translate intoparticularl solutions.       

They are both older, retired women and we have never had any issues.
