In the subject:  "cute house, rent to own, seller financing is possible" then write up your qualifications;  Must have 5% to put down, income is 3x rent, must want to own this cute home... 

Yeah, that first one is so cute but it has some serious moisture issues.

For Portland, I was thinking protlandmaps DOT com.They have a better graphic interface and you can go a little faster than address by address in the neighborhood.

From what I've read/seen, this area is pretty nice with a mix of churches, doctor's office, and cute older houses- some of which have been converted into professional buildings.

I put a prop on the forums a while back and within a hour I had half a dozen graphic designers provide photoshop renderings including landscaping.

The words are very confusing & would be best suited with a graphic spreadsheet explanation showing the math.

I found a little house for sale by executor in a cute old town nearby.

That being said, do you truly want a copy editor (words only) or are you also wanting a graphic designer that can make it more polished overall? 

The interior (which was not used on the show), has an airy, modern appearance, influenced by Japanese design–and a kitchen that has a kitschy-cute retro style.

It's in a great location and it's supper cute.
