There is no storage capacity for jet fuel and diesel fuel left in the Midwest. 

The percentage of the self rehab is really going to be dependent on the individual, and the capacity at which they can handle the more difficult jobs (electrical, specific carpentry work, etc.).

They don't want to waste that answering constant questions from buyers who may or may not do anything, play games, flake out, etc.Example I would want to see your financials and capacity to buy.

This is kind of like having an IRA invest into a fund, you getting to be the fund manager, and the fund having the capacity to invest in anything the IRS rules allow for.

Not impossible, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it drag on for months with a backlog and probably reduced capacity once they're started back up....
