Even if you want to get back into real estate, the beauty is that you start over with a new cost basis in the property and fresh depreciation.

Whether that experience is sitting on a beautiful beach with my wife, or if that experience is fixing a leaky faucet in one of my rentals, or renting to upstanding, wealthy, Class A tenants, or dealing with a low income, but hard working tenant, who is having temporary financial issues. 

I live in Yarmouthport, MA which is in the middle of beautiful Cape Cod.

Everyone that looks at it compliments it, says its beautiful, but doesn't rent it.

We are looking forward to the day a few months from now when we have given this property new life and have created a safe, comfortable and beautiful home for someone to enjoy.

Oh and I can make signage and home decor with a CNC router table I bought.... and don't forget the rentable wedding photo booth... 

My understanding from a person that grew up there is that the area suffers from major businesses that left in the 80s, causing higher income people to move out of those beautiful old houses.What's your thoughts Ryan ?
