We don't wear name brand clothing, however we do buy nice clothes This list could prolly go on but I'll leave it here.  

Hi @Sam Gill,I'd personally be concerned about my property holding value as baby boomers move into assisted care facilities or die off.

Been a busy few months, just had a baby 6 weeks ago so that explains my inactivity lately!

From there we have baby stepped our way to where we are today!

Tenants would do there friends and family cloths. 

I work full time during the day and have a 5 year old with another baby due any day now.

My spec homes always become my babies, despite my efforts to retain a sound business focus.  

During this period the debtor must obtain consent by the Trustee to enter into any financial contract that presents a liability or in acquiring any equitable or legal interests in other property.Bottom line, the court will allow the debtor to enter into agreements to expense funds for the necessities of a debtor, leasing a property at fair market rent, buying food, clothing, having a car repair or other costs of living.

I hate to see some retail listings with dirty clothes on the ground and dirty dishes in the sink.

Than from there we slowly through baby steps and lots of remembering this is a marathon not a spring built our empire.Good luck you got this!
