I posted about this a few weeks ago but I wanted to come back and see if anyone has made any different adjustments to their investing since the new settlement has taken place (all around the US).

Theyre just ARMs with a different name and a one year adjustment period.

The loan amortizes out over 360 months but is a FIXED / Adjustable rate Note  until 1-2029 (THEN it will have interest rate changes every 6 Months thereafter) . 

If the other tenant feels it is intrusive, then make the tenant remove it or adjust it until everyone is happy.

This often means accepting under-market rents until the next opportunity arises to adjust them.

Any thoughts on hiring an attorney or public adjuster?

Some repairs would be approved automatically, others would get run by me for the "OK" first.Does this make sense?

Then its automatic for however touches are setup inside that campaign.The staying under the radar is;  low number of SMS / day / phone number.   

I am looking for a Public Adjuster but wanted to know about the fees per Texas law.
