If I had been offered one that didn't need to be moved and the repairs weren't astronomical, I would have jumped on it.

The astronomical $650/mo lot rent will eat any profits in just a few months.4) or offer to rent at a mark up that gives you decent cash flow.  

I likely would refinance a property in a more traditional manner down the road, but I'm not going to buy something on astronomical interest terms with the assumption I can refi later.  

The cost of buying in California, in the areas I would feel comfortable buying in, is just astronomical.

(oh, and my holding costs are astronomical at 3,600 per month!)

@Kyle Marekhonestly If this house was in my area it would list for around 30k and probably sit on the market for several months before anybody bought it .. looks incredibly rough for such an astronomical price tag.

Everything new in Tempe is branded as "luxury" and then rented or sold for astronomical prices.

Plus my debt-to-income will be astronomical.

If you hired all that out, the cost would be astronomical.

If you get stupid, the fines are astronomical here in FL and then you'll still have to relocate them anyway.
