Most people use their phone and it’s a pain to stay logged in on your phone. 

But people still flock to Disney, Universal is opening a new theme park in May and the area will always have new events and attractions to draw guests. 

Given that we are on BP and so many people know Brandon, I am very surprised that not many people are invested in ODC.

Have you heard of this from other people that needs to file 990Ts?

Different people expect a different combination of risk/reward.  

I’ll be honest it’s not clear to me real estate is necessarily a better investment than say the stock market, certainly not a bad investment but not as hyped as some people make it, you need to decide how much owning your own home is worth to you & also how long you plan to be in the area, if you will be here for the foreseeable future, bite the bullet and buy, if your not sure where you will be in a few years, renting might make more sense.

And proper screening prevents those people from even renting your place.

Place a notification for those people as their articles are often posted not only on their publication site but on other news sites as well so you can keep up to date.
