Before you got you license- what tasks were you using a realtor for beyond getting comps?

Need a great team to execute all of these tasks.

@Michael DunnObtaining a VA loan on a HUD property is an extremely difficult task for the following reasons:All the utilities need to be on for the appraisal so check the property summary to see if that is possibleAny lender required repairs will not be able to be completed prior to closing.  

Then I settled in for the long task of really reigning in my budget, improving my credit score, and paying off debt.

My everyday tasks could include anything from building a deck to typing contracts for future jobs.

This is no easy task.
