Don't like the car the drive, the clothes they wear, or the smell of cigarette smoke when you show the home?

I just need a place to store my clothes & gear, otherwise, meh!  

Upon inspection the tenant still had table, chairs, random junk, tons of clothes, and garbage strung out across the unit, not to mention a broken window and holes in walls where it appears a body was slammed against. 

This deal was a huge pain and included me living for months in a literal construction zone, covering and uncovering my "furniture" (my bed and clothes on top by bed) whenever I left or returned to the house every day as well as cooking and eating all my meals at my work.

Which vinegar and water with a damp cloth 2-3 times does the trick.

It's also still full of my landlord and her families stuff (old Furniture, clothing, junk, tools, pictures, etc).

It has a cloth covered wire, from the 60's. 

While the roof is off, would like replace any easily accessible cloth wrapped wires.

That is very common for lending money on flips.Moreover, the money being passed to investor on the clothing and lender requires to be on the title (usually as the first lien).
