Most would look at this real estate adventure that i've been on and wonder why I still do it, and honestly I give all of the credit to God and every sport that i've ever played because I just don't quit.

my rentals are in Hollywood, the best was some years ago when I first started, got called to a very nice ladies apartment for some general maintenance, I had seen her at the building in passing and made small talk previously....but, what I did not know until that very moment when I walked into her apartment, was that she worked from home, as a dominatrix.....she had a 4x4 cage in the middle of the living room, chains from the ceiling, leather covered saw horse, and a rather large opened armoire filled with every size and type of wips and various other adult devices.

I don't remember ever seeing a national bank or mortgage co or broker support youth sports or the arts or anything in my community.  

It also happens to be the best part of Downtown since the major sporting venues, convention center, live music, restaurants, and night life can all be found on the East Side.

I work for Accenture as a Consultant and spend my free time picking up new sports/hobbies (squash, bowling, darts) and helping others with personal finances.
