I'm at a stage where I really just want to get involved and start buying properties.

It is the Most Hazardous way to buy real estate and not quite as easy as you state. 

I never buy into these just watch and learn that is it.

I wouldn't consider buying real estate if I didn't have $160K cash in hand.

In the webinar, he stated he's been buying/selling MHP for over 5yrs and just recently he and his partners started the investment group. 

I will have to buy turn key since I'm starting out.
