The painters were a little quick to hop on before the carpenters did some fixing of some of the siding, but I figured if they wanted to get the first coat on, what's the problem there. 

That's OK with me because I always paint and clean anyway, and painter's often plaster and patch for not much more.

Hello all,I've been in the Charlotte area for about a year and a few months now and I'm looking for great painters and plumbers.

I am looking for a painter to do the interior of a 3 level townhome as well as stain the all wood exterior.

I called my painter friend and he told me to  spray everything 3 ft down with bleach water to take our time and special attention to the door jambs .

I learned several important lessons....Be prepared to get it cleaner before allowing a painter to enter or adding any new flooring.
