I was also surprised as I was not aware of that. ya the ole wholesaling debate.. 

Although this sounds all nice and touchy-feely...let's not forget that you're taking $$, and hence food and rent, out of the hands of capable people right here in the good ole USA.

  #2 see if the county tax assessor or appraisal district has any classes, seminars, or just plain ole printed resource guides....ask both...ask whoever you meet there who the experts are....also don't be afraid to go to the offices more than once and ask more than one person. 

Dave Del Dotto not 45 minutes from you. he has a thriving winery business .. he has one facility off of Hwy 29 between Yountville and St Helenaand he has one on Atlas peak road right out of Napa.. and I used to live 500 feet from his front door there and have spent many memorable moment drinking wine with him and having him regale me with stories of the good ole days.. he obviously did well his wine business is probably worth north of 50 million

The ole "I might sell if the price is right" which was really that they were looking for a retail buyer.

What about late payments or the ole "I sent it but I don't know what happen".

Texas is also playing Ole Miss in the non-conference schedule next year.
