Our dryer vent was venting directly into the siding that the HOA had installed on the side of our building years ago causing moisture to build under the house and the dryer air was all trapped and had nowhere to go so it got clogged really bad and broke my year old dryer.

I will look into the basement efflorenscence because it could be someting as simple as re routing the gutters down spout or maybe to much moisture outside the walls.

The toilet above was clogged and apparently the water caused a leak into the unit below.The tenants called the city, who is requiring me to Check moisture levels.

public sewer, no roof leakage, no water moisture on floor and ceiling, no mold, no structural damage, no current fire damage, no termines, no electrical problem, no plumbing problem, no lead based paint, no water wells, not located in flood area, no drainage problem, no coding violation, not a historical building, no fee associate with building, no boundary agreement, no dispute, no boundary changes, no share drive way, no party wall.  

I bet the rain/moisture doesn't help this issue, so if anything, I'd make the necessary repairs and then monitor the situation. 

We completely lost the four single car garages, one of the back units, a significant portion of the other back unit, had holes cut in the party walls by the firefighters and moisture damage to the floors in the front units.  

SFH 3/2 in need of TLC but had some moisture issues in the crawl space which I learned for this area is pretty common.

He pointed to the tiny pores on the surface and said they were meant to breathe and allow moisture to escape.

About 3 weeks after I closed, I had him come over and look at all the moisture build up over everything, the light switches, the windows, the doors, were covered in water droplets everywhere in the pool room.  

In some of my previous posts you can see that I’ve been dealing with mold in the basement because of all the moisture but I can’t take care of the mold until the flooding stops.I want to pursue legal action against the seller for not disclosing the flooding in the basement but I wanted to get some pointers on how I should approach this.
