Like the property that needs foundation repair to the tune of $60k or even $20k but they refuse to reduce the price and want close to what an almost perfect property would be.I'm told for this area that an owner occupant may come along since the price would be right for them and that it won't stay on the market for long.I have my number and know what max I can deal with given my analysis and CapX (rant). :-)
