Be proud of your licensee status.

I can say that KW has great education, which is so important as a licensee.

If you don't own them and are not a licensee you are brokering without a license which is ILLEGAL in FL.See 475.43

Only licensees can access the MLS directly, which is the source for data used on Realtor.com / Zillow etc. 

Have put several new licensees through their courses and taken them myself.

Find other properties that don't have this requirement and then get paid if you are a licensee bringing yourself as a buyer.
