I have a duplex with identical 4/2 units.

Meaning when you are driving and identity a home that looks run down to you it may not be.

@Rebecca Shine - I have an identical situation to you, house hacking a duplex, I live in a 2 bedroom and rent out the 1 bedroom, so the units are similar in size, but mine is slightly larger. 

Any fraudster can go online and get a anonymous VOIP phone number to hide their identity...

We, as mortgage lenders, always request the most most intimate and delicate documents, so the lender may verify your identity without uncertainty.  

Many, many in this arena are nothing more than advance fee scam artists and/or identity theft phishing enterprises.Respectfully,

My SDIRA is one of the biggest but with the worst possible WEB site that led to financial losses and even an identity theft (which though remedied, left me angry.)

It's some 14 year old kid in the Ukraine who would do the most damage to our identity.

Also Mindy Me even mentioning $369 was irrelevant, really $329 is conservative as this will be 4 bed 2 bat 1750 Sq feet.  10 doors down(not adjacent to highway though)  A 1 story 2 bed 1 bath 1300 sq ft home with identical first floor plan just sold for $299K and there are many more comps to support.
