Unfortunately most of the top skilled guys are still getting paid top dollar to do work in Clt so most dont really entertain small jobs here.

Thankfully, we have unbelievable technology and the ability for even entertainers to work remotely.

I only invest near hospitals, school, entertainment districts or new modes of transportation.

I would entertain trying to see if they would carry back like 20% at 5% (interest only would be great), save you from a little exposure to the HML terms. 

I find it entertaining that realtors keep a very rosy outlook of the market.
