Should use an extension cord to plug the fluegelhorn into the old outlet it was supposed to be plugged into (heavy duty) Or should I just call an electrician and have them run a new line.

I have found that you can do a nice Raywal Kitchen with them installing it for around $5,000 each.Bathrooms tend to be more money - all depending.Separating the Hydro - best to call a few electricians for estimates.
