Depending on how bad is the foundation state (how many inches you have to correct), is very possible the sewer line will disconnect/break in the horizontal portions.

We speak to them at least monthly by providing monthly financials and we'll have quarterly reports that detail the condition of the property (it also details if the tenant breaks something).Transparency is another big one and it's the biggest disconnect between owners and PMs.

When I was new I tried to figure out why there was such a big disconnect.

Disconnect 2-3 wires with a screwdriver and 2 screws that hold the electrical part to the mechanical part. 5 minutes.
