Underground leaks can be harder to detect, but if the toilets and faucets are all working then I would start checking for underground leaks next. 

You can go through a lot of your data if you have it set to send clips when it detects motion and  you are walking in the cameras zone of detection. 

I have also talked with a lead inspector over the phone and he concurred that if I was just using it as a primary residence, there is no need for a lead inspection and I could simply do it myself and purchase a lead detecting kit on Amazon for 20 bucks.Predicament:  So I am doing my first house hack. 

Remember, you cant detect more than 5k in startup and Org cost.

I think if you copy and paste the same message, it will detect it as spam. 

The detective I told my story to had been in one of my STRs a few years ago to arrest an intruder that we caught on camera. 

The exterminator did not detect evidence of rodents on the second visit.  

Should be able to setup motion detection to notify you if someone goes in.The traditional alarm companies like ADT will require installation fee, monthly fee, and a 2+ year contract.Motion activated lights may help? 

@Bill Brandt what about those people who do no platform or online marketing, how would those hosts be detected?
